We are a fee-based developer that takes on all significant aspects of a real estate development project from: diligence, site selection managing the development team, land entitlement, construction budgets, cashflow proforma, design & construction management, and neighborhood engagement.

Strategy

We look for properties that have high visibility with immediate access to public transportation, highly walkable, close to public/private schools, near major retail and entertainment, and medical centers. We believe these will be the core demand drivers for future real estate development
